Dynamic Mentorship

Some call it therapy, some call it coaching, we call it mentoring - a personalised mixture of talk, practical exercises, movement and self-development that helps you live the best life you could have.

UNLOCK YOUR BIRTHRIGHT FOR A GREAT LIFE

Life happens and that can sometimes be overwhelming, discouraging, and challenging. Or simply, just feeling like it’s “not enough.” The reassuring truth is that each one of us has the birthright and potential to lead a fulfilling and joyful life, or, at the very least, have a peaceful and safe experience. While the path to personal and professional growth often feels blocked by fear, doubt, and uncertainty, there are ways to develop beyond that. That is where Dynamic Mentorship comes in - a service that concerns anything relating to your relationships with yourself or with another.

I sit here today as a thriving, free, and embodied human being. I am passionate about supporting you, so that you can have the same.

Dynamic Mentorship is a process between you and I; sometimes you, your partner(s), and I, in the case of couples’ mentorship. I hand-hold you through a process or simply through your everyday life, whether for a short, intense blast, or a consistent lifestyle practice. The things I love to mentor on are: communication, creating bespoke relationship styles and agreements, family growth and healing, raising consciousness, responses to circumstances, growing your autonomy, learning to love yourself, learning to express yourself well, sex and sexuality as a place of freedom. There isn’t much I haven’t seen or experienced during my 25 years of professional experience as a mental health professional. I have also faced a life that has seen loss and challenge, and I personally know how to navigate those experiences. It works. We meet as mutual learners, but I am here to serve you and your needs.

This is what we'll do

As with all other services, we begin with an enquiry call via Zoom. It is simply a dialogue, for me to get to know you and for you to get to know me and my work, so that we decide if we are a good fit for your journey. It also allows me to design the best flow for your needs, in what I believe is the best way forward to achieve this.

From this session, we create a proposal for your bespoke experience with me following the details, ideas, content of what we discussed together.

Sessions can take place online or in person. My base is in East Sussex, UK, but I do occasional visits to Andalucía, Spain, where I also offer Dynamic Mentorship. We choose whether this will be a short, intense, but helpful blast; a dip-in / dip-out experience; or a consistent lifestyle practice where we have regular sessions. Online is very popular, as we can often meet more regularly, but a mix of both gives the best opportunity above all.

Sessions are between 90 and 120 minutes; one-hour sessions are also an option for when you want to have a check-in call for support and catch-up. It all depends on your time, availability, and capacity to commit.

Couples

Dynamic Mentorship sessions for couples are also tailored around the needs of the pair as a whole and as individuals. Sessions where the two (or more) people are present are usually 2-hours-long. However, everything is decided once we have had an assessment (also 2 hours). After that, I will create a proposal, which might contains a mixture of couple and individual sessions, as the work that you do together most times would not be complete if you don't put effort in your individual journeys.

Sessions for couples are usually in person, with some special exceptions where in-person sessions are not possible.

Ad Hoc

A very popular extra service we offer in-between sessions, is our Ad Hoc practice. Ad Hoc mentoring is as long as you need it to be, timed per minute, and done over email or Whatsapp. It is less time-consuming and in need of planning than a normal session, and it is often used by clients who want to update me and seek guidance or care on matters that require less time or a faster response.

With Ad Hoc, we waste no time – texting or emailing is straight to the point and efficient. You send me a message or a voice note and I respond to you as soon as I can, offering support and love as much as you need it at the moment. You can message in-between booked sessions or when time is too tight to book one.

Ad Hoc is the quick right hand of any structured session and requires no prior booking.

This service is offered at £2.22 / €2.22 per minute taken to listen/read and reply. I am always generous with my time and will make sure to keep everything as concise as possible. The Sensitivita team will invoice you once a week for any time spent on messages and if you don’t message that week, there is no charge. It is an ‘as and when’ service.

A quick list of what's included

It can be quite a challenge to describe what sessions consist of as the most important value for my sessions is that they are tailored around a couple of aspects:
1. Your individual personality, needs, desires, potential past traumas, time allowance, the environment, the budget and of course, what we have agreed after assessment
2. Your state of being in the moment and what is most alive that requires the attention, maintaining safety rather than following a set plan.

Hence why I describe the sessions as “dynamic.”  A lot of the booking process when signing up to work with me is about trust. Trust in who I am, in my years of experience, and trust in yourself to know what is your “YES” and your “NO” and how best to move forward.

In sessions, we might:

Honestly, I could write a book about the creative expression of sessions that my work involves. The stories spanning 24 years of “out of the box sessions” have served hundreds of humans in hugely positive ways. The first step is always to meet for that assessment call, where you get to share and be met, and I will honour you by also showing up openly and authentically!

In-person sessions allow for more options, of course, as we can move around and do practical exercises, like guided breathwork, active stretching, shaking (everything with the body to support the mind and the soul). Nonetheless, my experience so far has shown that some of this can be done online as well, with my guidance. We touch upon communication, relationships, past trauma, responses - all things that will help you upgrade your life in a way that is entirely personalised to your needs.

If we are to give a few short examples of the colourful range of Dynamic Mentorship experiences, here is a little list of activities:

Possibly the most impactful part for me was facing a lot of emotions that I’ve had difficulty with before, but in a safe space. Here, I actually felt safe enough to share a lot of things that I’ve bottled up and held inside for a long time. It was very secure.

Dynamic Mentorship Client, He/Him, 2023

You see shadows like no one I have ever met. The biggest difference with you to others with this gift is that you don’t dislike me or them, or judge me or them, because of what you see... because you see the person behind (under and everywhere in-between), and you can love almost the unlovable parts of us.

Dynamic Mentorship Client, He/Him, 2022

I want to stop and thank you again for your time, your energy, your help, your advice, your kindness, and your generosity. I am a better teacher/person thanks to you, much more confident, you gave me tools to navégate through this waved waters of teenagers.

Is this experience the right fit for me?

It often takes us time to acknowledge that we have encountered difficulties in connecting to ourselves or others and that we need some guidance. That is why we have prepared this extensive list of client queries. If anything resonates, then 'YES', this could be an amazing service for you:

  • How can I be more balanced in my reactions to what life throws at me?
  • Why do I find it hard to form long-term friendships and partnerships?
  • I just need someone to ‘off-load’ to each month, without fear of the repercussions or judgements.
  • Why do some people love me, while others dislike me, and there is little in-between?
  • I want to be a better parent/partner/friend/daughter/son, but I don’t know where to start?
  • How do I find and keep joy in my life, even during hard times?
  • How can I trust people more?
  • How can I trust the process?
  • I don’t know how to love myself…
  • How can I get out of the feeling of being stuck in my professional life?
  • How can I be intimate and vulnerable with another person?
  • How do I connect to a higher presence?
  • How can I be a better lover?
  • Why does it feel like I always say the wrong thing?
