As some of the most anticipated Sensitivita events, Nourishment Nights present the perfect blend of comfort, safety, light-hearted, deep, raw, exploration, and pleasure. These nights are a great opportunity to connect with wonderful humans, share food, play games, and enjoy time together in a cosy and safe environment. Stop and breathe, soften your heart, fall into a deeper connection with yourself, and find a loving presence with those around you.
The group is kept small for the chance to have more indulgent time and space in the container together. We begin at 4pm and over the afternoon we get to know each other with sharing, food, games, relaxation: all in all, NN are guided spaces that take you on a journey to relax, ground, connect to self, connect to the environment and then the group.
From here we enter the evening, where we get to practice using our voice to express our needs, desires, and together we explore what can be experienced as the dynamic of each group can be vastly different.
The essence is that we flow with the aliveness and current need, trusting the space, the hosts, the environment. We always end with a sharing and grounding once more, just as we do in the beginning, to send you off in as safe a way as we can.
Everything is welcomed and we ask that you come with no expectations but full two-feet to energetically participate. We all hold space together!

Nourishment Nights are something that has been very dear to us and the community that we surround ourselves with for a few years now. We put a lot of love and care into these events, because we know just how much the people that have attended them wait for the next one to come around the corner, to feel like they are part of something that is, at the same time, deeply intimate and personal and shared with like-minded people as well.
Meeting point: East Sussex (exact address given to those who book)
Duration: Start at 3pm and close around 9pm.
Accommodation: Option to book locally (we can send a list of places to those requesting) or stay with us (at an additional cost)
Accessibility: Please, enquire for more details if it would be helpful for you to have some information about the venue.
Price: £77 / To support the venue to generate a small profit.
If you notify us that you won’t be attending one of our events less than 72 hours before the date, we can’t reimburse your ticket (unless we can fill your spot), but you will be offered a discretionary discount for the next Sensitivita event that you want to attend. Any cancellations that happen more than 72 hours before the date of the event will be fully reimbursed.
If for any reason we have to cancel or change the details of an activity or event, we will offer an alternative date or a voucher for another event of ours.

Can I bring a friend?
If I suddenly decide that I want to opt-out of an activity during the event, can I do so?
NOTE: Come happy! Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before the event start time. We invite you to meet the other guests and wait to be welcomed into the space allocated for the evening.
